THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

What you can do.

/01

Choose a starting template

Balanced operations provides general defaults. High-volume fulfillment uses faster order escalation. Low-noise essentials narrows the active checks.

/02

Operations, catalog, or both

Choose the monitoring area when applying a template. Catalog-only disables operational rules; operations-only disables catalog-change rules. Enabled-rule limits apply across both areas.

/03

Set meaningful thresholds

Control order age, tracking grace periods, inventory levels, drop size, forecast horizon, and price-drop percentages. Set daily summary time and weekly report day.

/04

Add the exceptions you know

Exclude order tags, Shopify product IDs, location IDs, and fulfillment services where applicable to the monitored record.

/05

Protect your quiet hours

Configure quiet hours, business-day notifications, rule muting, reminder frequency, and optional resolution notifications in your store timezone.

/06

Use your team’s language

Override alert severity and customize titles and messages using supported placeholders. Select destinations for an individual rule or use the store’s enabled destinations.
