Choose the monitoring area when applying a template. Catalog-only disables operational rules; operations-only disables catalog-change rules. Enabled-rule limits apply across both areas.
Control order age, tracking grace periods, inventory levels, drop size, forecast horizon, and price-drop percentages. Set daily summary time and weekly report day.
Exclude order tags, Shopify product IDs, location IDs, and fulfillment services where applicable to the monitored record.
Configure quiet hours, business-day notifications, rule muting, reminder frequency, and optional resolution notifications in your store timezone.
Override alert severity and customize titles and messages using supported placeholders. Select destinations for an individual rule or use the store’s enabled destinations.
